Faith Education - Sunday 9:45-10:35 am (Sept.-May)

Classes resume Sunday, September 17th, 2023.  Faith Education is FREE for all participants.  Registration is appreciated, but not required.  Click HERE to register.  

Preschool to 5^th Grade:  
Learn about God and His love for us in a warm, welcoming environment! Each week we’ll gather as a group to sing, dance, and pray before heading to separate classrooms.  We’ll tackle a new Bible story each week in a lesson that includes story time, a game or activity, and an art project – something for everyone!  Each grade will learn the same lesson at an age-appropriate level, from an easy, introductory lesson for our preschoolers to a more in-depth lesson with a “grown up” Bible for our 5^th graders.  

During the Sunday School year, children will have the opportunity to participate in service projects, share their faith during the Christmas program, and have fun with friends and family during one of our fellowship activities, including Trunk or Treat and an Easter Egg Hunt.  Kids can take their faith to the next level by participating in Vacation Bible School or Luther Crest Bible Camp during the summer.

Special milestones:
- Pre-School Story Bible distribution
- 3^rd Grade Bible distribution each fall
- Rite of First Communion for the 3^rd Grade class in the spring

Friday Family Fun night - "F3"

Food, fun, and fellowship for the whole family! 
We meet once a month to share a meal (pizza, anyone?), play games, and enjoy other activities from crafts to service projects.  Some of the activities are designed for the whole family; other times the kids will have their own activities while parents relax   Activities are designed for kids aged 3 years – 5^th grade but all are welcome!   Please check the CALENDAR for dates and times.

Summer Opportunities

Vacation Bible School 
We join together with Peace Lutheran to host an amazing week of uplifting music, engaging Bible stories, inventive crafts, delicious snacks, exciting games, and so much more!  Kids aged 3 years through 5th grade are invited to attend; kids 6th grade and older can volunteer to help lead.  This event is usually held in June, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00am - 12:00pm.  Check back for this year's dates!

Luther Crest Bible Camp
Kids in 3rd grade and up have the opportunity to take their faith to the next level at Luther Crest Bible Camp.  An adult from our congregation stays on site while the amazing camp staff leads the kids through worship, music, swimming, crafts, and so much more!  Registration takes place in the fall for dates in July or August.  Please email Jenna at childrensministry@cclcmn.org for more information.
